Elements:
One, 90-minute “Defining Mindful Living” Session. In this foundational session, you’ll get clear on what mindful living means to you and identify all the sources that are getting in your way of living the way you want.
One, 90-minute “Clear Your Mind” Session. In this powerful and practical 90-minute block of time (typically done approximately mid-point in the program), you will make huge strides toward clearing emotional clutter and mental clutter in your life. We’ll begin to incorporate some meditation that will continue throughout the rest of our time together.
Ten, 50-minute Personalized Support Sessions. During each of these weekly sessions, we will celebrate your success, work together to break through any obstacles you may be experiencing, and you’ll leave with clarity on your next steps.
Three, 25-minute “Help me calm my monkey mind!” Calls when you might need a bit of help between regular sessions [if needed].
