Elements:
Hour 1: Clutter Audit. During this one-hour coaching session, we'll talk about your current routines and the struggles you're having decluttering. We’ll identify the best place to begin your decluttering process, such as the kitchen, your clothes closet, or maybe your bathroom!
Hour 2: Kitchen Declutter. A hands-on approach to decluttering and re-organizing your kitchen (or whatever space we identified during the Clutter Audit). We’ll identify specific products you can eliminate or swap out and discuss local resources that you can tap into.
Hour 3: Sacred Space Makeover. Begin to envision a scared space makeover. Together will talk about simple changes you can make to create a nurturing, supportive environment that simplifies your life on a budget.
Hour 4: Walkabout. We’ll take a 45-minute walk through your neighborhood and talk about new routines you can incorporate to simplify your day-to-day. Receive a simple no-frills pedometer to help you track your walking progress.
